What we collect

When you send the contact form, we keep your name, your email, your message, a phone number if you give one, and the address of the page you wrote from. That’s all the form asks for.

When you write to us by email, WhatsApp or phone instead, we keep that conversation the same way. Those messages also pass through the provider you chose, under their own policies.

Why we keep it

To reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation in our own system.
To send you the proposal or design you asked for.
To see which pages lead to enquiries, so we know which ones are useful.

We don’t sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask to join.

What we don’t do

This website runs no advertising or analytics trackers, and its fonts are served from our own site rather than a third party. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.

Where it lives

Messages are stored in our database and the CRM we run the studio on, and a notification is sent to our inbox. Access is limited to the people who handle your enquiry.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@doondzn.com and we’ll do it within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date above.
